When we coordinate an appointment
The website does not include a booking or calendar integration. If we agree to coordinate an appointment using Google Calendar, Google may process relevant name, email and appointment information to provide that scheduling service.
Why we use this information
We use personal information where it is necessary to:

- deliver and administer services under an agreement;
- meet legal, accounting and tax obligations; or
- pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing, maintaining and improving our website and business communications, provided those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
Who may process it
We use carefully selected service providers where needed to run the website and business operations:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides website hosting, content delivery, logs, metrics and web-application-firewall infrastructure. See the AWS Privacy Notice.

We do not currently use non-essential website cookies. If we introduce analytics, a form, scheduling integration, embedded content or another data-collecting feature, we will update this notice before deploying it.
